At Aanya Outfit, we follow a customer-friendly return and refund process similar to trusted marketplace standards like Meesho, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, wrong, or size/fit issues (as per seller eligibility).
  • To be eligible for return, the product must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Once a return request is placed, our team/supplier may arrange a pickup (if serviceable in your area) or request self-shipping depending on location.

2. Refund Policy 💸

  • After the returned item is received and quality-checked, the refund process will begin.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or wallet/UPI account used during purchase.
  • Refund processing time usually takes 5–7 business days after approval, depending on the payment method.

3. Replacement / Exchange 🔁

  • If the same product is available, a replacement will be shipped instead of a refund (based on customer request and stock availability).
  • If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Cases ⚠️

  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
